Sports Massage & Performance Motivation

Kick-start your training regime in peak physical and mental condition with our Sports Massage & Performance Motivation programme.   

Our principle mind therapist will work with you to develop the right performance motivation toolkit, whilst our massage therapist gets to grips with your tired, sore, or under-prepared muscles. 
 
During your treatment we will employ a wide-range of sports-psychology (including CBT, NLP & Hypnotherapy techniques) to ensure you can effectively create, maintain and deliver on your athletic ambitions, as well as a personalised mix of deep-tissue, Shiatsu and target pain-relief massage.

However, if you would prefer just the sports massage portion simply use the ‘retreat taster’ booking option and we’ll cater a massage therapy to your needs.

We are open 8am - 8pm, Tuesday to Saturdays.
