​At The Retreat Kinsale we know that beginning your journey of understanding and practicing meditation can sometimes seem easier said than done. Our minds wander; our thoughts distract us.  That is why we have developed a unique guided meditation session therapy to aid you. 

During your hour-long session we will use a mix of mindfulness techniques, hypnotic suggestion patter, as well a visual & audio cue development. If there is a particular issue that you wish to concentrate on, we can incorporate this into the session, therefore allowing us to tailor the session to your unique needs and goals.

We believe that  the stillness of our minds should draw inspiration from our own indigenous natural and culture environments; such as the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way which surrounds our Retreat.
