HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnosis is a natural trance-like state of mind that takes you into a deep state of relaxation; it is a state of focused attention that uses the conscious mind to facilitate change and successfully tackle many issues. 

Hypnotherapy works in a similar way to talk other therapy or counselling and is very different to stage hypnosis - which is simply for entertainment purposes. Hypnotherapy differs from traditional counselling, whereby it is more goal orientated, therefore achieving results quicker.  Hypnotherapy focuses on ‘triggers’, which are things that causes negative habits or thoughts and finds ‘anchors’, which are things that bring about positive habits or thoughts. The easiest and most relatable example for most people is the person who wants to stop smoking, but finds socialising causes them to smoke. During the free initial 30 min consultation, our therapist & the client will find an ‘anchor’ so that the client can use this every time they are socialising in order to prevent them from smoking. 

 

Quitting smoking is the best known use for Hypnotherapy, so of course Hypnotherapy is one of the most successful ways of breaking an undesirable habit and forming a desirable one. Hypnotherapy is also one of the best ways of treating minor mental health issues like anxiety, something that is chronic in today’s society. Hypnotherapy is an excellent tool for goal orientated individuals, for example; an individual wishing to better focus their mind to their studies and achieve better memory recall.

 

One session may be all a client may need in order to achieve their desired results. An oral recording is made of each session; the client can then use this to re-enforce the therapy, in their own time, whenever they need it. Everyone can benefit from the deeply relaxing effects of Hypnotherapy. Our therapist will simply tell the client when he will tap the client on the shoulder to commence this deep relaxation, and again at the end.

Single Session Hypnotherapy

Get to grips with your fears, bad habits, stress or lack of confidence with our single session hypnotherapy! option. With our complete approach to understanding the individual and their unique experiences we tailor our sessions to suit. First session 90-mins, subsequent sessions 60-mins.

Multi-Session Programmes

Smoking Cessation Programme

Kick the smoking habit in the butt for good with our highly successful Smoking Cessation Hypnotherapy programme. With a complete approach to understanding the individual and their unique experiences, their addiction triggers and habits, coupled with tailored sessions to suit, now is the right time for you to finally quit smoking for good! In your initial session you will have an in-depth consultation to ensure the correct method for you! Followed by two weekly 'top-up' sessions lasting 60-minutes each, you will be sure to leave the nicotine addiction behind for good.

Package consists of 3 hypnotherapy sessions. 1 x 90-mins (incl. 30 min consultation) followed by 2 weekly sessions of 60-mins each. Audio recordings supplied via download. Results of hypnotherapy vary. Please use our online booking platform to schedule your first session. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled as agreed.

Weight Loss Management & Motivation Programme

Forget calorie counting, forget gym sessions drenched in the old 'no pain no gain' way of thinking and learn how to get healthy with our weight loss motivation and management package featuring a total of FIVE individual sessions. In our initial session, lasting 90-mins, you will have an in-depth consultation to ensure the correct path for you! Followed by four weekly sessions lasting 60-minutes each, you will be sure to reach your healthy lifestyle goals.

Package consists of 5 individual hypnotherapy sessions. 1 x 90-mins (incl. 30 min consultation) followed by 4 weekly sessions of 60-mins each. Audio recordings of sessions supplied via download. Results of hypnotherapy vary.
